Discover Your Best Life

Spotlight on Success Show – Episode #8

Today on my show I had the pleasure of a speaking with Jennifer Trask, Author, Speaker & Coach, who provided us with strategies to living our best life.

Jennifer has a big mission to help 1 million people find and live their passions in the next decade.  In our discussion, I ask Jennifer –

  • What does it mean to “Live Your Best Life?”
  • What are the biggest obstacles that hold women back from living their best life and really turning their dreams into reality?
  • What are some specific strategies that women, who feel they are being held back, can begin using today to break free from obstacles?
  • And, what is one simple exercise women can do to begin to “discover her truth” and help them easily begin to move their lives in the direction they really want it to go?

If you would like more information on Jennifer’s upcoming programs and launches, please visit her website. Enjoy the show!

Thank you Shannon, this was a great interview offering some good practical tips for dealing with both inner and external blocks to living with purpose and fulfillment.

However, I don’t think this advice applies just to women in small business – we men also struggle with many of these issues and can lose sight of the importance of being happy with what we are doing.

After twenty years of running a small business here in Australia, I have come to learn that business requires both head and heart – method and systems, combined with passion and intuition.

Thanks, I will place a link to your blog in the Resources page of my blog. Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much, Brian! Yes, though I market to women, I have many men entrepreneurs who find value in my work too. I agree that men and women share common struggles and can apply similar strategies to work past them. Indeed, business is a venture of mind and heart, or it will certainly be without passion. I am heading to the down under in January for the first time, and am really looking forward to seeing part of your large country. 🙂 Thank you for sharing your comments and my blog link. 🙂
