Burning the candle at both ends consistently leaves you with only enough energy to operate at 50% or less.

The best way to prepare to perform at peak levels when it counts is to take time off on a regular basis to rest, refresh and renew your mind, body and spirit. This is what I like to refer to as “ME time.”

What is “ME Time”?

The way I like to define it for my clients is simply a period of time during which you relax by doing something you enjoy. If it meets these three criteria, you are successfully engaging in “ME Time.” The key is finding what works for you.
