“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.” – Kenneth Blanchard
Are you fully committed to your business or is it merely something that is holding your interest for the time being? If you desire to achieve excellence in business, you have to commit all the way.
When teaching on commitment, I have used the analogy of our brave men and women in the United States military. They understand what it means to commit, because they know that lives are on the line, including their own.
Is it life or death when it comes to your business? In many ways, yes. If you want your business to survive and grow, you must take it seriously. Because if you don’t, then who will?
